        In the NT, there is a verse about Paul having a "THORN IN HIS SIDE". In fact he called it a MESSENGER OF SATAN(2 Cor.12:7). The scribes and so-called scholars in Babylon have claimed that what is being talked about is some kind of 'physical ailment', an INFIRMITY that Paul had in his flesh, a disease or sickness.....


2Co 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.


         Well, this is NOT a 'physical ailment' Paul had in his flesh, not a disease or some sickness. What it is a CHILD OF THE DEVIL, A "STRANGE CHILD", A STRANGER and I believe its either referring to "BARNABAS" (Acts 15:39) or one of the others Paul had enmity with throughout his epistles. "THORNS" is a code word for "STRANGERS", "STRANGE CHILDREN", THE SONS OF BELIAL......


Gen.3:17 ¶ And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;


Nu 33:55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.


Jos 23:13 Know for a certainty that the LORD your God will no more drive out any of these nations from before you; but they shall be snares and traps unto you, and scourges in your sides, and thorns in your eyes, until ye perish from off this good land which the LORD your God hath given you.


Jud 2:3 Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.


Jud 8:7 And Gideon said, Therefore when the LORD hath delivered Zebah and Zalmunna into mine hand, then I will tear your flesh with the thorns of the wilderness and with briers.


Jud 8:16 And he took the elders of the city, and thorns of the wilderness and briers, and with them he taught the men of Succoth.


2Sa 23:6 But the sons of Belial shall be all of them as thorns thrust away, because they cannot be taken with hands:


Job 5:5 Whose harvest the hungry eateth up, and taketh it even out of the thorns, and the robber swalloweth up their substance.


Ps 58:9 Before your pots can feel the thorns, he shall take them away as with a whirlwind, both living, and in his wrath.

Ps 118:12 They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.


Pr 15:19 The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.


Pr 22:5 Thorns and snares are in the way of the froward: he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.


Ec 7:6 For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.


So 2:2 As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.


Isa 5:6 And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

Eze 2:6 And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

(fire of MOLOCH of the THORNS amongst the wheat claiming Jesus name! These are those who have come up from the BOTTOMLESS PIT, out of the smoke, the children of the devil)


Ho 2:6 Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.


Ho 9:6 For, lo, they are gone because of destruction: Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant places for their silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tabernacles.

Its very clear that "THORNS" are the.....SONS OF BELIAL........and they are taken, cut down, and BURNED WITH FIRE!. They are THE SAYERS who claim Christs name!.


Psa.73:18 Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
19 How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
20 As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
21 ¶ Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
22 So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.


They are "STRANGE CHILDREN", like unto WILD "BEASTS", "STRANGERS", "FIGS OF THISTLES", GRAPES OF THORNS!.....


Ge 35:2 Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments:


Ex 30:9 Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.


Nu 26:61 And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the LORD.


De 32:16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.

Ho 5:7 They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour them with their portions.


Zep 1:8 And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD’S sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.


Mal 2:11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of the LORD which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.


Heb 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

STRANGERS, STRANGE "FLESH", STRANGE DOCTRINES, STRANGE WOMEN, STRANGE CHILDREN, THE THORNS..........


THE CHILDREN OF BELIAL!!!!..............(Jn.8:44, 2 Sam.23:6)....


2Co 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 

    Flee away from the MIRY CLAY!!. If it rants on about the thorns, if it babbles about the thorns, if it preaches the thorns, if all it does is sound a trumpet because of the thorns, if it seduces unto a 'chief thorn', if you hear it call other thorns the 'lesser thorns',  If it hides itself in the name of Christ as a thorn, if it walks like a thorn and talks like a thorn.........ITS A THORN!!!
